Welcome to Prestige Printing & Graphics (“we,” “us,” or “Prestige Printing”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement. By placing an order or creating an account, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Services & Orders

• Scope of Services: We offer custom printing, design support, and finishing services (e.g., foil stamping, embossing, die-cutting) as described on our website. All service offerings, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• Quotations & Estimates: Any quote or estimate provided by Prestige Printing is valid for a limited time. Quotes do not guarantee availability of materials or fulfillment timeline.
• Artwork & Proofing:
• You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork in the correct format and resolution.
• We will provide digital proofs for your review; you must approve before we proceed.
• Production & Delivery:
• Standard production times vary by product and quantity; rush services may be available for an additional fee.
• Delivery estimates are approximate. Prestige Printing is not liable for delays due to carrier issues, force majeure, or client-caused changes.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of order placement unless we have agreed to alternative terms in writing.
• Late Payments: Unpaid balances past due may incur finance charges and could result in suspension of services until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your Materials: You retain ownership of all trademarks, logos, and artwork you supply. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your materials solely to provide the Services.
• Our Materials: All content on our website—text, graphics, logos, designs, icons, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof—is owned or licensed by Prestige Printing and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Limited Warranty: We warrant that printed products will conform to the approved proof in material, size, and color tolerance. If a defect is reported within seven days of delivery, we will reprint or refund the defective portion at our discretion.
• Disclaimer: Except as set forth above, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any other warranty—express, implied, or statutory—including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Prestige Printing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or business interruption), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prestige Printing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your materials, or your use of the Services.

8. Privacy & Data Security

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Sections 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10 will survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action or proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the same region.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
